Grant Outcomes

  1. K-12 pipeline to STEM fields.
  2. Increased articulation agreements with 4-year STEM schools.
  3. Industry career partnerships.

Peer Mentorship Program

We developed a program-specific peer mentoring program that is an active part of our retention efforts. In this program, second-year students are paired with first-year students within the same program of study. The second-year students serve as peer mentors to their first-year mentees sharing learning strategies and offering general advice and guidance.
