CLEP

Some CLEP exams can be taken remotely through CollegeBoard/CLEP. To learn more, visit the At-Home CLEP Exams page. PLEASE NOTE: CLEP remote exams are not associated with or proctored by the NCC Libraries Testing Centers.

 

Both testing center locations offer CLEP (College-Level Examination Program) exams. Call the Testing Center for details at 610.861.5329. Please note that the Fowler campus testing centers do not offer CLEP exams

 

Steps to take a CLEP exam:

  1. Choose and purchase your exam at clep.collegeboard.com/register-for-an-exam.
  2. The cost of a CLEP exam is $95.00.
  3. Call the testing center to schedule your exam appointment.

  4. At the testing center, you will need to provide your CLEP-provided exam registration number and your valid photo ID.
  5. There is a $20 proctoring fee for each exam that you take. Payment is required before you are seated. Cash, check or VISA/MC accepted.
